1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Steps:

  • Trim fat from ham.

1 (1 1/4 lb) ham steaks, cut into 4 portions
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 cups cubed fresh pineapple or 2 cups canned pineapple

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. When foaming subsides, add ham and cook, turning once, until well browned on both sides, about 8 minutes total. Transfer ham to a plate and reduce heat to medium.

⅔ cup prepared yellow mustard
1 ½ pounds ham steaks
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple rings in juice, sliced

Steps:

  • Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Mix dark brown sugar and mustard together in a bowl. Place ham on a broiling pan rack. Spoon mustard mixture over both sides of the ham.

1 1/2 lbs ham steaks
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple rings
brown sugar
cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Slice ham into thick slices.
  • Place the ham steak in a shallow ovenproof pan and place the pineapple slices on top. Pour the pineapple juice over all.
  • Place the ham steak in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (uncovered).
  • After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and turn the oven up to broil.
