2 large clove(s) Garlic clove(s) minced
28 oz Canned crushed tomatoes
15 oz Canned tomato sauce
1 tsp Dried oregano
0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
1.5 cup(s) Part-skim ricotta cheese
1.5 cup(s) Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
5 Tbsp Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Steps:

  • Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, until they release their liquid and it is almost evaporated, about 6 minutes.
