A very rich chocolate cookie. I'm not sure where I got this recipe from but I know these are very good. Note: this dough is not firm like your basic cookie dough.

Tips:
- Use unsweetened cocoa powder: This will give your cookie bites a rich chocolate flavor without being too sweet.
- Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing will make the cookie bites tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Chill the dough before baking: This will help the cookie bites hold their shape in the oven.
- Bake the cookie bites until they are just set: Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.
- Let the cookie bites cool completely before frosting them: This will help the frosting set properly.
- Use a variety of toppings: You can top your cookie bites with anything from sprinkles to chopped nuts to mini chocolate chips.
- Get creative: Have fun with your cookie bites and experiment with different flavors and toppings.
