1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

88 wonton wrappers
2-3/4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Spaghetti sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; crumble beef; drain. Stir in oregano and basil. , Preheat oven to 350°. 1 cup mashed, cooked butternut squash
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
½ cup mascarpone cheese
1 egg yolk
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) package round wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, unpeeled
chopped fresh sage to taste
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place cooked squash into a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir in mascarpone cheese, egg yolk, and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, mixing until the filling is smoothly combined.
