1 (2 ounce) bottle hot sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle blue cheese salad dressing
1 (16 inch) prepared pizza crust
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

1 cup Buffalo wing sauce, divided
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 teaspoon each garlic salt, pepper and chili powder
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Celery sticks and blue cheese salad dressing

Steps:

  • Unroll pizza crust into a lightly greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; flatten dough and build up edges slightly. Bake at 400° for 7 minutes. Brush dough with 3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce. Combine cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; sprinkle a third over the crust. Set aside., In a large skillet, cook the chicken, garlic salt, pepper and chili powder in butter until chicken is no longer pink. Add the remaining wing sauce; cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes longer., Spoon over pizza. 2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (eyeball it)
2 -3 tablespoons hot sauce, to taste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, 4 generous handfuls
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 scallions, thinly sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 425*F.
  • Preheat a grill pan over high heat.
  • Place the chicken on a plate and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Season it with the grill seasoning.
  • When the grill pan is hot, cook the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side, until it is cooked through.

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 egg
1 cup milk
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon butter
