Tips:

  • Choose fresh vegetables: Fresh vegetables will give your stir-fry the best flavor and texture. Look for vegetables that are brightly colored and crisp.
  • Cut vegetables into uniform pieces: This will help them cook evenly. If you are using a variety of vegetables, cut them into pieces that are all about the same size.
  • Use a hot wok or skillet: A hot wok or skillet will help to sear the vegetables and prevent them from becoming soggy.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables in batches: If you are using a lot of vegetables, stir-fry them in batches so that they don't crowd the pan and cook evenly.
  • Don't overcook the vegetables: Vegetables should be cooked until they are tender-crisp. Overcooked vegetables will be mushy and bland.
  • Add sauce or seasoning to taste: Once the vegetables are cooked, you can add sauce or seasoning to taste. Soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce are all popular choices for stir-fries.

Wiggly worm stir-fry is a delicious and healthy dish that is easy to make. By following these tips, you can make a perfect stir-fry every time. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give wiggly worm stir-fry a try. You won't be disappointed!
