WHOLE WHEAT COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS
I love to bake bread, but it seems like I have bad luck with it looking/tasting presentable. These look respectable and have just the slightest hint of sweetness. Found this recipe in "Prize Winning Recipes". Since I'm cooking only for myself, I make a batch and stick them in the freezer, thaw one every time I eat a bowl of soup. Wonderful!

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor and texture.
- Make sure the yeast is active before using it. If you're not sure, you can test it by dissolving it in warm water with a little sugar. If it starts to bubble and foam after a few minutes, it's good to use.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. This will help to develop the gluten in the dough, which will make it chewy and flavorful.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. This will give the yeast time to work and create the air pockets that make the rolls light and fluffy.
- Bake the rolls at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help to create a crisp, golden crust.
Conclusion:
These whole wheat cottage cheese dinner rolls are a delicious and nutritious addition to any meal. They're perfect for serving with soup, salad, or your favorite main course. With their soft and fluffy texture and slightly tangy flavor, these rolls are sure to be a hit with everyone at the table.
