WHOLE FOODS PUMPKIN BREAD

Whole Foods Pumpkin Bread image

This is a Whole Foods Market Recipe I had laying around. It is a healthier version than most pumpkin bread recipes. I use half pecans and half walnuts. I also use almond milk in place of the regular milk. It's not a super sweet bread so just be prepared for that. :)

Tips:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree. This will give your bread the best flavor and texture. You can make your own pumpkin puree by roasting a pumpkin and then pureeing it in a food processor, or you can buy canned pumpkin puree.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the bread tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Bake the bread in a loaf pan. This will help the bread rise evenly.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing it. This will help prevent the bread from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Whole Foods Pumpkin Bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for fall. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a moist and flavorful bread that is sure to please everyone. Plus, it's a great way to use up any leftover pumpkin puree.
