Steps:
- 1. In a cup or small bowl, mix together the unpopped popcorn and oil. Pour the coated corn into a brown paper lunch sack, and sprinkle in the salt. Fold the top of the bag over twice to seal in the ingredients. Cook in the microwave at full power for 2½ to 3 minutes, or until you hear pauses of about 2 seconds between pops. Carefully open the bag to avoid steam, and pour into a large bowl. -- OR -- Pop corn in an air popper per instructions.
- 2. Spritz the popcorn with butter flavor PAM and white truffle oil, in desired amounts. Start with TINY amounts and toss the popcorn as you spray. A little bit of the truffle oil goes a LONG way... Toss the popcorn with additional salt or some grated Parmesan cheese after the oil is sprayed on, if desired. (Tip - One of those small plastic squirt bottles found in the "vacation miniature toiletries" section works just as well as a genuine oil mist sprayer... but it should be opaque and not clear if you store the truffle oil in it for a time).

Tips:
- Choose the right truffle oil. Look for a high-quality truffle oil made with real truffles, not artificial flavoring.
- Use sparingly. Truffle oil is very potent, so a little goes a long way. Use just a few drops to flavor your popcorn.
- Don't overheat the oil. Truffle oil has a low smoke point, so don't heat it over medium heat.
- Popcorn that has already popped should not be added to the oil. It will get soggy and won’t have that satisfying crunch.
- Other toppings. If you want to add other toppings to your popcorn, such as grated Parmesan cheese, chopped chives, or freshly ground black pepper, do so after the popcorn has been popped and coated with truffle oil.
Conclusion:
White truffle popcorn is a delicious and easy-to-make snack that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a gourmet popcorn that will impress your friends and family. So next time you're looking for a fun and flavorful snack, give white truffle popcorn a try. You won't be disappointed!
