2 cups sour cream
1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
1 envelope Lipton savory herb with garlic soup mix
French bread baguette slices, toasted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and soup mix until blended. Spread into a greased 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese., Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 35-40 minutes. Serve with baguette slices.

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped pepperoni
1 (1 ounce) package herb and garlic soup mix

1 cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese

1 Prepared pizza dough
8 ounces Cream Cheese - Softened
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Fresh Basil - Chopped
6 cloves Garlic - Chopped and divided
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 cup Butter - Melted
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley - Chopped

Steps:

  • Divide Pizza Dough into 12-14 equal sized balls. With floured hands, roll the dough balls into logs and tie into individual knots, tucking the excess underneath.
  • Coat a 10 inch oven-safe skillet with olive oil. Place the knots in a ring around the skillet. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes - allowing dough to reach room temperature.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Cream Cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta, Basil, 3 cloves of Garlic (chopped), and Red Pepper Flakes.
  • Melt the butter and add the Parsley and remaining Garlic. Stir well.

1 envelope lipton savory herb with garlic soup mix
16 oz sour cream
8 oz ricotta cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese divided
1/4 c chopped pepperoni ( optional)
1 loaf of french bread sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • 2. In a shallow 1 quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, pepperoni, and 3/4 of mozzarella cheese.
  • 3. Sprinkle the top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • 4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • 5. Serve with sliced bread, I usually toast the bread.

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 dash salt and pepper
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, freshly grated and divided
8 ounces provolone cheese, freshly grated and divided
2 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 bag Crackers, bread or chips for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil then place tomatoes on top and sprinkle with olive oil and salt and pepper and roast for 20 - 25 minutes, until bursting. Set aside. While tomatoes are roasting mix softened cream cheese, 7 ounces mozzarella, 7 ounces provolone and 2 ounces Parmesan. (This will be quite thick. Using a food processor helps mix the cheeses well.)
  • Stir in the fresh herbs, garlic and roasted tomatoes, mixing well. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining provolone and mozzarella.
  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until top is golden and bubbly. Serve immediately.
