Time 5m

Yield 1 serving

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ice cubes
1 ounce sake
1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
1 ounce hazelnut flavored liqueur (recommended: Frangelico)
Splash cream
Ground nutmeg, for garnish
1 white chocolate candy bar, for garnish

Steps:

  • Fill a glass with ice. Add equal parts sake, white chocolate liqueur, and hazelnut liqueur and stir. Add a splash of cream. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with nutmeg and a white chocolate candy bar.

Tips:

  • For a classic White Knight Martini, use a premium dry gin, dry vermouth, and a splash of orange bitters. If you want to make a Knightsbridge, swap the gin for vodka.
  • To make the lemon twist garnish, use a vegetable peeler to remove a long, thin strip of lemon peel. Twist the peel around your finger to create a spiral shape.
  • If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can use a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Fill the jar with ice and the cocktail ingredients, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • To make a White Knight Martini cocktail use white chocolate syrup. For a Knightsbridge cocktail, use dark chocolate syrup.
  • Be sure to shake the cocktail well with ice to chill and dilute the ingredients.

Conclusion:

The White Knight Martini and Knightsbridge cocktails are delicious, easy-to-make variations on the classic martini. With their smooth, creamy texture, hints of chocolate, and refreshing citrus flavors, these cocktails are perfect for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a classic cocktail to enjoy at home or a unique drink to serve at your next party, the White Knight Martini and Knightsbridge are sure to please.
