1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar

1 cup buttermilk
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
FROSTING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon 2% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Place egg whites in a large bowl; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in candy coating until blended. 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
