The recipe is on the inside of the wrapper for Ghirardelli White Chocolate bars-usually found in the baking aisle (not with the candy bars) This is unbelievably good! I keep mine in a mason jar. Heat my milk and stir in some to taste, add a couple shots of espresso and top with real whip cream.......I am so so so happy I found this recipe. It's going to save me so much money!

WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA

White Chocolate Mocha image

After trying a similar coffee at a coffee shop. I tried to find a white chocolate syrup or white chocolate sauce but could not find any so I decided to come up with my own version and here it is.

Provided by Shelda Dixon

Categories     Beverages

Time 6m

Yield 2 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

2/3 cup whole milk
6 tablespoons white chocolate chips
coffee
whipped cream

Steps:

  • Add milk and chocolate chips to saucepan and heat until chips are melted.
  • Meanwhile make coffee in espresso machine.
  • Pour half of milk mixture in coffee mug and fill rest of mug with coffee saving enough room for a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Enough for 2 mugs.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality white chocolate. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your mocha.
  • Don't overheat the milk. If you heat the milk too much, it will curdle and your mocha will be ruined.
  • Garnish your mocha with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. This will make it look and taste even better.
  • Experiment with different flavors. You can add peppermint extract, vanilla extract, or even cinnamon to your mocha for a unique flavor.
  • Make a frozen white chocolate mocha. This is a great way to enjoy your mocha on a hot day.

Conclusion:

The white chocolate mocha is a delicious and decadent coffee drink that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you are looking for a special treat, give the white chocolate mocha a try.
