2 stick butter (8 ounces), melted
1 and 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (be sure not to pack your flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
1 and 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and spray parchment lightly with non-stick spray, set aside.

Melt all but 1/4 cup of semisweet chocolate morsels in microwave on medium power for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until smooth.
