1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1-1/3 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup dried cranberries
2 ounces white baking chocolate, grated
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
4 to 5 teaspoons cranberry juice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
