I can not begin to tell you how delicious this recipe is. I make this recipe and serve it many different ways. Get any day of the year, whether you had just come in from a cold winter day or sitting outside around the campfire on a warm summer night.

3 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 c water
1 small onion
3 clove garlic, chopped
1 c enchilada sauce
1 can(s) creamed corn
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 c cilantro, fresh
1 can(s) white beans, with juice

  • 1. 1. Saute chicken in large skillet, browning on both sides until cooked. Remove from pan, cube into chunks, cover.
