- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until crumbly. Beat in yogurt, oil and vanilla. - 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. I use air cookie sheets. Grease each cookie sheet.
- 2. I use a Kitchen Aid Mixer mixing bowl, which is the FIRST BOWL, beat softened butter on medium speed until creamy. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 3. In the SECOND large mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Add the SECOND BOWL flour mixture to the FIRST BOWL, a little at a time while beating on low speed. After you have added the last of the flour, start adding the raisins, and the nuts
- 4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the greased cookie sheets, two inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
