1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup whipped cream
grapes
egg white
sugar

Steps:

  • Drain pineapples; reserve syrup. Add boiling water to reserved syrup to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel; chill until partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg white). Fold in orange sections, pineapple. Whip cream until soft peaks form; fold into fruit mixture.
