- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Grease and flour muffin pan or line with paper liners.
- 3. Combine topping ingredients, mix well; set aside.
- 4. In medium bowl combine bananas, milk, butter, and eggs. Mix well.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, wheat germ, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugars together in a separate bowl until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the milk and vanilla. Fold in the blueberries.
