dash pepper
5 c potatoes, boiled and sliced
1 lb favorite weiners, cut in coin type slices
!/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp butter or margerine
directions
blend soup, milk, and pepper add potatoes
onions and green pepper.turn into greased
2 qt casserol. put dots of buter or margerine on.
bake uncovered in 350 degree over for 45
minutes.

Steps:

  • 1. See directions above

Tips:

  • Choose the right potatoes: Russet potatoes are the best choice for this recipe because they are starchy and hold their shape well. If you use a different type of potato, you may need to adjust the cooking time.
  • Slice the potatoes thinly: This will help them cook evenly. If you slice them too thick, they will take longer to cook and may not be as crispy.
  • Soak the potatoes in water: This will help to remove excess starch and prevent them from sticking together. Be sure to drain them well before cooking.
  • Use a generous amount of butter: Butter adds flavor and helps the potatoes to brown. Don't be afraid to use a lot of it!
  • Cook the potatoes over medium heat: This will help them to cook evenly and prevent them from burning.
  • Stir the potatoes occasionally: This will help to prevent them from sticking to the pan and ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Season the potatoes with salt and pepper: This will help to enhance their flavor.
  • Add cheese and other toppings: Once the potatoes are cooked, you can add cheese, bacon, or other toppings of your choice. This will make them even more delicious!

Weiner potato scollop is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover potatoes.
