- Dip the Slices of bread coating each side with the egg mixture.
- Spray pan with Butter cooking spray and cook french toast to desired darkness.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on the french toast and top with Sugar free Syrup.
- This is only 1 point for 2 slices and if you add any butter then it will increase point value.
- I prefer to top with fresh fruit.

- Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each. Arrange slices in a generously buttered 9 by 13-inch flat baking dish in 2 rows, overlapping the slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, half-and-half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and beat with a rotary beater or whisk until blended but not too bubbly. Pour mixture over the bread slices, making sure all are covered evenly with the milk-egg mixture. Spoon some of the mixture in between the slices.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients for the Praline Topping in a medium bowl and blend well. Spread Praline Topping evenly over the bread and bake for 40 minutes, until puffed and lightly golden.
- Serve with maple syrup.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Arrange bread slices in baking dish. Whisk together milk, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour milk mixture over bread slices. refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes or up 24 hours.
- 3. Bake til knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is lightly browned, about 50 minutes
- 4. Meanwhile, to make strawberries, rinse and hull them. Coarsely chop half of the strawberries and quarter the remaining berries lengthwise. Mix chopped and quartered berries with maple syrup, orange juice and mint in small bowl. Refrigerate, covered til ready to serve. Serve with with casserole. Points value: 2
