WEIGHT WATCHER PUDDING JELLO FRUIT FLUFF (WW)

Weight Watcher Pudding Jello Fruit Fluff (Ww) image

I got this at my WW meeting. The nice thing about this is that you can use any combination of pudding and jello and (most) fruits that you want. I've also used frozen no sugar added raspberries, and strawberries and left out the fruit cocktail - this recipe is only limited by your imagination!! Oh - and the best part is it's only 1 point for a whole cup!!

Tips:

  • Use low-fat or nonfat milk and sugar-free pudding mix to reduce the PointsPlus value of the fluff.
  • Add a variety of fruits to the fluff for sweetness and flavor. Some good choices include berries, peaches, bananas, and apples.
  • For a creamier fluff, use whipped topping or Cool Whip instead of yogurt.
  • If you want a tarter fluff, use lemon or lime Jell-O instead of strawberry or raspberry.
  • Garnish the fluff with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or chopped nuts before serving.

Conclusion:

Weight Watchers Pudding Jello Fruit Fluff is a delicious and refreshing dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is also a great way to use up leftover fruit. With a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious and healthy treat that the whole family will enjoy.
