This is a very good side dish for WW. I make it often. Very simple, sometimes I substitute frozen green beans for the fresh. The entire pan is 8 pts

2 lbs fresh green beans, snapped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 (2/3 ounce) package dry good seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup low-fat parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Boil beans for 10 minutes; drain and place into a 9x13x2 pan.
  • Mix oil and seasoning packet, pour over beans and toss to coat.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Serve immediatly.

1 medium onions (chopped)
1 tsp sugar
1 can(s) reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c french fried onions

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT OVEN 350. SPRAY 8" SQUARE PAN. OPEN GREEN BEANS, DRAIN AND POUR INTO LARGE BOWL.
  • 2. SPRAY NONSTICK SKILLET AND SET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD ONIONS AND SUGAR, COOKING AND STIRRING UNTIL THEY START TO BROWN (5 TO 6 MINUTES). TRANSFER ONION TO BOWL WITH BEANS. )
  • 3. STIR IN SOUP, CHEESE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, AND GARLIC POWDER.
  • 4. POUR INTO BAKING PAN. BAKE 25 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH FRENCH FRIED ONIONS AND BAKE UNTIL BROWN (5 MINUTES MORE
