Steps:
- Place cloves, cinnamon sticks and salt in percolator basket. Perk.
Tips:
- Choose the right percolator: A large percolator with a capacity of at least 12 cups is ideal for making punch. Make sure the percolator has a tight-fitting lid to prevent evaporation.
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh fruits, juices, and spices will give your punch the best flavor. Avoid using canned or frozen ingredients whenever possible.
- Start with a strong tea or coffee base: This will give your punch a rich, flavorful base. You can use black tea, green tea, or even coffee.
- Add a variety of flavors: Feel free to experiment with different fruits, juices, and spices to create a unique and delicious punch. Some popular additions include orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Sweeten to taste: Add sugar or honey to taste, depending on how sweet you like your punch.
- Garnish with fresh fruit: A few slices of fresh fruit will add a festive touch to your punch.
- Serve warm or cold: Percolator punch can be served warm or cold. If you're serving it warm, keep it on the low setting of your percolator so that it stays warm without boiling.
Conclusion:
Warm percolator punch is a delicious and festive drink that is perfect for parties and gatherings. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. So next time you're looking for a warm and comforting drink, give percolator punch a try.
