Tips:

  • Use fresh and high-quality ingredients: Fresh walnuts and dates will give your spread the best flavor and texture.
  • Soak the dates in hot water before using: This will help to soften them and make them easier to blend.
  • Use a food processor or high-powered blender to get a smooth and creamy spread: A regular blender may not be able to handle the task.
  • Add a little bit of oil to help the spread blend more smoothly: You can use any type of oil that you like, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil.
  • Season the spread to taste: You can add a little bit of salt, pepper, or other spices to taste.
  • Store the spread in an airtight container in the refrigerator: It will keep for up to 2 weeks.
