3 cups sliced Macintosh apples

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter and flour one 10 inch tube pan.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
