3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 lemon, juiced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
8 ribs celery, sliced about 1/4 inch thick on the bias
2 Gala apples, skin on, cored and diced

Steps:

  • Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, chives, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a small bowl.
