1/2 cup(s) frozen o'brien potatoes (with the peppers and onions)
1/4 cup(s) cheddar cheese or whatever shredded cheese you have
1 - egg
2 small pieces of lunchmeat ham torn into small pieces

Steps:

  • Heat waffle Iron on high heat
  • mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • spray waffle iron with non stick spray or coat with butter (I prefer butter)
  • arrange all ingredients in waffle iron. Close lid and wait until cooked through. About 5 minutes. Perfect omelette to go. (May need to push down on waffle iron couple times to make sure it cooks thru
