Tips:
- Use high-quality vodka. The better the quality of vodka you use, the better the flavor of your dish will be.
- Don't overcook the salmon. Smoked salmon is already cooked, so you just need to warm it through. Overcooking will make it tough and dry.
- Add the vodka to the pan before the cream. This will help to prevent the vodka from curdling.
- Season to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste, and adjust the seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately. This dish is best served hot, so don't let it sit for too long before serving.
Conclusion:
Vodka blush penne with smoked salmon is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It's also a great way to use up leftover smoked salmon. The vodka sauce is creamy and flavorful, and the smoked salmon adds a nice smoky flavor to the dish. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
