1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp prepared italian dressing
warm pizza sauce (optional)

  • 4. Brush the top with the remaining Italian seasoning and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes and slice into pieces. Serve with warm pizza sauce if desired.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality venison: Opt for venison that is lean and has a mild flavor.
  • Tenderize the venison: To ensure a tender filling, consider marinating the venison overnight or using a meat tenderizer.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: Experiment with different types of cheeses, such as mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan, to create a flavorful filling.
  • Don't overstuff the stromboli: Avoid overfilling the stromboli, as this can make it difficult to seal and may cause the filling to burst out during baking.
  • Brush with olive oil before baking: Brushing the stromboli with olive oil before baking helps create a golden brown crust.
  • Let the stromboli rest before slicing: Allow the stromboli to cool for a few minutes before slicing to prevent the filling from oozing out.
