Tips:

  • Prep the Vegetables: Before starting, wash and cut all the vegetables into thin strips or slices. This will help them cook evenly and quickly.
  • Use Fresh Herbs: Fresh herbs like parsley, basil, or thyme add a burst of flavor to the veggie turkey roll-ups. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but adjust the quantity as they tend to be more concentrated.
  • Don't Overcook the Vegetables: The vegetables should still have a slight crunch when cooked. Overcooking will make them soft and mushy.
  • Use a Non-Stick Skillet: A non-stick skillet will help prevent the veggie turkey roll-ups from sticking and burning.
  • Serve with Your Favorite Dipping Sauce: Veggie turkey roll-ups are delicious served with a variety of dipping sauces, such as marinara, tzatziki, or ranch dressing.
