1 (12 ounce) package broad egg noodles
1 tablespoon mustard ((yellow mustard, honey mustard, or Dijon mustard will all work well, so pick your favorite))
2-4 cups diced cooked ham ((or any leftover meat))
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (not diluted)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Optional addition: 4 cups frozen French-style green beans or other veggies of your choice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Cook egg noodles just until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain.
  • While the noodles are cooking, place mustard, ham, condensed soup, and optional frozen green beans in a large bowl.
  • Pour the drained, cooked, hot noodles over the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and stir to combine.

1 package (16 ounces) frozen cauliflower
2 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1-1/2 cups 2% milk
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham (about 8 ounces)

8 ounces egg noodles ( 4 to 4 1/2 cups)
2 cups chopped cooked ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 10 1/2 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse to remove any starch, set aside.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 °F. Place half of the noodles in buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Combine the ham and cheese; sprinkle half of ham mixture over noodles.
  • In small bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk,garlic powder and onion powder.

1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 dash paprika

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
