Tips for Making the Best Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Pancakes:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the taste and texture of your pancakes.
  • Make sure your pancake batter is the right consistency. It should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, but not so thick that it's difficult to stir.
  • Cook your pancakes over medium heat. This will help them to cook evenly without burning.
  • Flip your pancakes only once. If you flip them too often, they will become tough and dry.
