2 pounds ground beef
4 slices pepper jack cheese
4 hamburger buns, split
4 lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, sliced

2 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lb ground beef
4 slice frozen garlic texas toast
2 medium onions, halved and thinly sliced
1 medium sweet red pepper, halved and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp butter
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
1/2 c garlic herb cheese spread

6 oz cream cheese softened
5oz. can(s) diced green chilies
1 c shredded pepper jack cheese
2 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 egg
1 c salsa verde
8 bakery gourmet hamburger buns
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
1/4 bunch cilantro
sliced bottled jalapenos
1 bunch green leaf lettuce

  • 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chilies, and shredded cheese. Mix on high speed until thoroughly combined. Set aside in freezer.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef and 1 cup salsa verde and egg; lightly mix until combined. divide into 8 equal portions, divide each portion into two 1/4 in. thick patties.
