Steps:

Steps:

1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh ginger root

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 inch ginger (chopped)
1 cup shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup carrot (julienned)
1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
Sesame seeds (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Heat water in a large saucepan. Add salt. Once it starts to boil, add noodles. Give it a quick stir and boil for 9-12 minutes (or as instructed in the packaging).
