1-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
3 to 3-1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup cubed Asiago cheese

1 large egg
