2.5 lbs turkey wings (cut into sections if bought whole)
1 large lemon (cut into 4 wedges)
2 tbsp olive oil (you can substitute it with vegetable oil)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp seasoning salt (or salt free seasoning)
1 tsp minced onions
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp paprika
2 tsp parsley flakes
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 1/2 cup turkey or chicken broth (or even water)

Steps:

  • Clean the turkey wings, then rub all surfaces of the wings with the lemon wedges
  • Next, place the wings into a large bowl or dish, and drizzle the wings with the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle all of the seasoning onto the wings, then rub the seasonings all over the wings.
  • Remove the wings from the bowl and Place them into a oiled bake dish.
  • In the bowl that the wings were in, there will be leftover seasonings. Pour 2 1/2 cups of broth or water into the bowl, stir, then pour the broth or water into the bake dish.

5 turkey wings
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 ½ cups water, divided
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place turkey wings and onion in a casserole dish; sprinkle seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper, and garlic on both sides of each wing. Pour 1/2 cup water into the casserole dish. Cover casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until browned, 1 hour.
  • Stir cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup water together in a bowl; pour over turkey wings into casserole dish and return to oven, uncovered.
  • Continue baking until brown and tender, 1 hour.

garlic powder

turkey wings
water or chicken broth
rice

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oil. Season wings with salt,pepper,garlic and paprika. Brown in oil. Place in baking dish with tight fitting lid,add water or chicken broth about halfway up the wings. Bake at 350 deg 2 hrs or until wings are tender. Remove from dish,scrape up the bits on bottom of pan,add enough water or broth to measure double the amount of rice you're using. For instance if you're cooking 1 c of rice,use 2 cups of liquid. Add salt ,garlic powder and pepper to taste Add wings back to same pan on top of rice,cover,cook additional 30 minutes until rice is cooked.
