1. Vegetarian Waldorf Sandwich: For a meatless option, substitute grilled tofu or tempeh for the turkey, creating a savory and protein-packed sandwich.
2. Chicken Waldorf Sandwich: For those who prefer poultry, use tender grilled or roasted chicken instead of turkey, offering a slightly different flavor profile.
3. Vegan Waldorf Sandwich: Transform this classic into a fully plant-based delight by opting for vegan mayonnaise and omitting the walnuts, ensuring a cruelty-free and equally delicious sandwich.
4. Waldorf Salad Sandwich: For a lighter and refreshing option, serve the Waldorf mixture as a salad on top of your favorite bread, creating a vibrant and colorful sandwich.
5. Turkey Waldorf Wrap: Enclose the Waldorf mixture in a soft tortilla wrap instead of bread for a portable and convenient lunch or snack, perfect for busy individuals on the go.
No matter your dietary preferences or tastes, our Turkey Waldorf Sandwich and its variations promise a delightful and satisfying meal that will leave you craving more.

TURKEY WALDORF SANDWICH
I love to make this after the holidays. I use leftover waldorf salad and turkey and it goes together very quickly. It's also good on croissants.
