2 cups diced cooked turkey
bean sprouts
fresh mint leaves
lime wedge
sliced serrano chili

Tips:

  • Choose the right turkey: For the best flavor, use a fresh or frozen whole turkey. Avoid using a pre-cooked turkey, as it will not have the same flavor or texture.
  • Make your own turkey stock: Using homemade turkey stock will give your soup a richer flavor. To make turkey stock, simply simmer the turkey carcass in water with some vegetables and herbs for several hours.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: The more vegetables you add to your soup, the more flavorful it will be. Some good vegetables to use include carrots, celery, onions, leeks, and garlic.
  • Don't overcook the noodles: Chinese noodles cook very quickly, so be careful not to overcook them. Otherwise, they will become mushy and lose their texture.
  • Add some fresh herbs: Fresh herbs, such as cilantro, basil, and thyme, can add a lot of flavor to your soup. Add them just before serving for the best flavor.
