1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package (17.6 ounces) turkey breast cutlets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon capers, drained

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. 2 tablespoons 2% milk
3-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs (from about 8 slices)
2 packages (17.6 ounces each) turkey breast cutlets
3/4 cup butter
2 large lemons, divided
1-1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon flour

2 large shallots
1/3 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons dry white wine
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Steps:
