1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices white bread, toasted
4 slices cooked turkey breast
1 can (15 ounces) asparagus spears, drained
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the butter, flour, salt and pepper over medium heat until smooth and butter is melted. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. 1 (1 5/8 ounce) package alfredo sauce mix
1 3/4 cups swiss cheese, finely shredded
2 1/2 cups turkey, sliced
4 English muffins, split
8 slices Canadian bacon
1 tomatoes, sliced
1 (15 ounce) can asparagus spears, drained and rinsed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. For Mornay sauce, in a saucepan, combine broth and butter over medium heat; whisk in Alfredo sauce mix. 1/4 cup butter
1 onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth (or turkey broth)
1/2 cup cream
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Swiss)
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked turkey, sliced (or chicken)
4 English muffins, split and toasted

Steps:

  • Heat the butter in a heavy saucepan. Add onion and cook, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in flour, stirring until mixture bubbles. Cook for about 1 minute. Add the chicken broth and cream, stirring well with a wire whisk. Bring to boiling, cook 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir a small amount of the sauce into the egg yolks to heat and temper.

2 cups corkscrew pasta cooked and drained

1/4 pound mushrooms sliced (1 1/2 cups)
1 onion small, minced
1 cup turkey diced cooked or chicken
