10 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey

3 large eggs
1/3 cup 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons butter
3 teaspoons canola oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spread 4 slices of bread with mustard. Layer with turkey and cheese. 12 ounces thinly sliced roast turkey
4 ounces extra-sharp cheddar, grated
