HONEY MUSTARD GRILLED SALMON OR TUNA STEAKS
Salmon is my favorite "meat" and maybe my favorite food on earth. Since it's also good for you, I try to eat it at least a couple times a week. Grilled with this marinade is one of my favorite ways. If you have more fish and more than 3 people to feed, increase the amount of marinade. The preparation time is basically the marination time.

Tips:
- Choose the right taro. Look for taros that are firm and heavy for their size, with smooth, unblemished skin. Avoid any taros that are soft, spongy, or have blemishes.
- Peel and cut the taro carefully. Taro skin can be difficult to peel, so use a sharp knife and be careful not to cut yourself. Cut the taro into 1-inch cubes.
- Boil the taro until it is tender. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the taro cubes. Boil for 15-20 minutes, or until the taro is tender when pierced with a fork.
- Make the honey mustard sauce. While the taro is boiling, make the honey mustard sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the taro. Once the taro is cooked, drain it and mash it with a potato masher or fork. Add the honey mustard sauce and stir to combine.
- Cook the tuna steaks. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Sear the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your liking.
- Serve the tuna steaks with the honey mustard mashed taro. Spoon the honey mustard mashed taro onto a plate and top with the tuna steaks. Serve immediately.
Conclusion:
Tuna steaks with honey mustard mashed taro is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The tuna steaks are seared to perfection and the honey mustard mashed taro is creamy and flavorful. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
