EASY CREAMY NO BAKE TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
Tuna casserole was the first recipe I learned, but I didn't like the heavyness of 'cream of' soups. So I came up with this stove top version, with a milk based sauce its much lighter. Still creamy, delicious and full of flavor. Once you try it you won't go back.

OH JOYFUL TUNA NOODLE BAKE
My sister-in-law gave me this recipe when I first got married, I used it a lot back then. Now my toddler son enjoys this. To add some veggies, I add 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots to the mix. To eliminate the sodium content, I have in the past reduced the amount of salt or eliminated the Worcestershire sauce altogether.

Tips:

- Don't overcook the noodles: Cook the noodles according to the package directions, but be careful not to overcook them. Otherwise, they'll become mushy and ruin the dish.
- Use a creamy sauce: A creamy sauce is essential for making tuna noodle bake rich and decadent. You can use a canned cream of mushroom soup, a homemade white sauce, or even a jarred Alfredo sauce.
- Add some cheese: Cheese is always a good idea, especially when it comes to tuna noodle bake. Add a cup of shredded cheddar, Parmesan, or Gruyère cheese to the casserole before baking.
