ULTIMATE TUNA MELTS
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, flake the tuna finely with a fork. Add the celery, scallions, and dill, and continue mixing and fluffing with the fork until combined. Add the lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 3/4 teaspoon pepper. Combine the mayonnaise and anchovy paste, if using, and mix into the tuna.
- Preheat the broiler. Toast the bread in a toaster and place the slices in a single layer on a sheet pan. Spread a quarter of the tuna mixture thickly and evenly on each piece of bread, covering the entire slice. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on the 4 sandwiches, covering the tuna completely. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes, just until the cheese melts and starts to brown. (Watch it carefully!) Sprinkle with the microgreens and serve hot.
KRAFT® MAC AND CHEESE TUNA CASSEROLE
I call this a classic tuna casserole because it is made with a boxed macaroni and cheese and the basic ingredients we all grew up with. This is comfort food at it's best, my two favorites mixed together. This is so good that I took a picture of it after having it for dinner and decided it should be shared on my favorite recipe site. You will love it too.

This dish is super easy. It is also a very hearty delicious bowl of comfort food. The guys in my house loved it. I loved this recipe but I used cream of mushroom soup and added the cheese into the casserole. I also melted butter and added bread crumbs to the top before baking, then sprinkle top lightly with dill seasoning. The resulting casserole was very creamy and flavorful.

Tips:
- Use a quality cheese: The type of cheese you use will have a big impact on the flavor of your tuna melt mac and cheese. Use a cheese that melts well and has a good flavor, such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Gruyère.
- Cook the macaroni al dente: The macaroni should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. This will prevent it from becoming mushy when you bake it with the cheese sauce.
- Make a creamy cheese sauce: The cheese sauce should be creamy and flavorful. Use a combination of milk, butter, and flour to make a roux, then whisk in the cheese until it is melted and smooth.
- Add the tuna and peas: Flaked tuna and peas are classic ingredients in a tuna melt. Add them to the cheese sauce and stir until they are evenly distributed.
- Top with breadcrumbs: A crunchy topping of breadcrumbs adds a nice contrast to the creamy cheese sauce. Use panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs that have been toasted in butter.
- Bake until golden brown: Bake the tuna melt mac and cheese until it is golden brown on top and bubbly around the edges. This will take about 20 minutes.

Tuna melt mac and cheese is a delicious and easy-to-make comfort food. It's perfect for a weeknight dinner or a potluck.
