This is a great favourite in my household. And I have found that even people who generally don't like tuna enjoy this dish. It's sounds unusual I know, but it really is very nice served with crusty bread and a green salad!

  • Don't Overcook the Tuna: Tuna can easily become dry and tough if it's overcooked. Cook it just until it's opaque throughout.
  • Make the Sauce Ahead of Time: You can make the Italian spiced white sauce up to 3 days in advance. This will save you time on the day you're making the lasagna.
  • Let the Lasagna Rest Before Serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the lasagna to set. It's best to let the lasagna rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Conclusion:

Tuna lasagna is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight meal. The Italian spiced white sauce is creamy and flavorful, and the tuna adds a nice source of protein. This lasagna is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
