Before we moved I had a family of Amish for neighbors...Rachel was the mother of this lovely family...she shared so many Amish recipes with me, and this is one I tweaked, not because it wasn't good, just missing something...so this is my version, which she even agreed was tastier...sure miss them and their home made bread she used to send me, for the use of our phone... This recipe can be used as a dip or for sandwiches...I made pinwheels out of it for lunch...very versatile...enjoy!

SO, I made this DIP. A Tuna Dip, or, spread. You can dip your chips in (scoops works best), or, spread it on crackers or celery...
