TUNA CHEESE SPREAD
This is really delicious, especially if you are low-carbing it. It's a great alternative to "plain" tuna salad. Can be used as a dip for celery sticks, spread on celery stalks, or stuffed in cherry tomatoes. Prep time does not include chill time, since you can leave it in the fridge for longer than the one hour mentioned in the recipe.

TUNA CHEESE SPREAD
Who knew that curry and tuna would meld so well together? I used a lemon and pepper tuna and dipped it with roasted garlic italian bread. Serve this on crackers, stuffed in a tomato, or in a sandwich. I found this recipe in Potlucks, Parties, and Barbecues/Taste of Home from Dorothy Anderson of Ottawa, Kansas. Double the recipe if serving a crowd or just enjoy for lunch. 12/5/09 I made this again today (I came across the recipe again on another website), and I doubled the amount of tuna and added some lemon pepper and a can of garbanzo beans. I would add cucumber if I had some. YUMMY! More of a lunch than a dip. I enjoyed it on Ritz Crackers, but feel free to have it as a sandwich filling, stuffed in a tomato, or with carrot and celery sticks.

TUNA BALL
There's nothing fancy about the tuna ball, but it tastes great at parties and other get-togethers. Chopped pecans give this blend of tuna, cream cheese, and onion a light crunch. I love this appetizer with veggies, crackers ,and veggies.

RACHEL'S TUNA SPREAD & DIP
Before we moved I had a family of Amish for neighbors...Rachel was the mother of this lovely family...she shared so many Amish recipes with me, and this is one I tweaked, not because it wasn't good, just missing something...so this is my version, which she even agreed was tastier...sure miss them and their home made bread she used to send me, for the use of our phone... This recipe can be used as a dip or for sandwiches...I made pinwheels out of it for lunch...very versatile...enjoy!

Steps:
- In a medium bowl; mix mayonnaise and cream cheese until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. It's ready to eat now, or can chill first.
- You can easily double this recipe for a party or to use as a spread for mini pinwheels. I make wraps with spinach as illustrated. It's a very versatile spread.
- Enjoy!
Tips:
- Use high-quality canned tuna. Look for tuna that is packed in water and has a mild flavor. Avoid tuna that is packed in oil, as it will make your spread oily and less flavorful.
- Flake the tuna well. This will help to ensure that the spread is smooth and creamy.
- Use a good quality mayonnaise. This will also help to make the spread smooth and creamy. Avoid using Miracle Whip, as it will make the spread too sweet.
- Add some chopped celery and onion for extra flavor. These vegetables will add a nice crunch and flavor to the spread.
- Season the spread to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other spices to taste.
- Chill the spread for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will help to firm up the spread and make it easier to spread.
Conclusion:
Tuna cheese spread is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed in many different ways. It can be used as a sandwich spread, a dip for vegetables or crackers, or even as a filling for deviled eggs. It is also a great way to use up leftover tuna. With just a few simple ingredients, you can easily make a delicious tuna cheese spread that everyone will love.
