TRUFFLES ON CHICKEN BREAST ON BED OF ANGEL HAIR PASTA
Truffles are found under oak and chestnut trees in Italy and France. Even here in America! They are earthy, pungent, garlicy, robust, savory. They are to be used sparingly. Truffles are to be stored in the refrigerator cover with raw rice 3 days. Being so expensive I'd save this dish for those you really love and use sparingly. What the heck just go for it.

CHICKEN BREASTS WITH ANGEL HAIR PASTA
I was having a dinner party a few years ago and had to come up with something simple. I was working a full time job and didn't have a lot of time to spend on cooking after I got home. This recipe doesn't call for a lot of items and only takes a short time to make it. You can use boneless, skinless, chicken breasts too.

Tips:
- For the best results, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Organic chicken breast, free-range eggs, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese will make all the difference in the flavor of your dish.
- Be careful not to overcook the chicken. Cook it until it is just cooked through, or it will become dry and tough.
- If you don't have truffle oil, you can use a small amount of white truffle paste instead. Just be sure to taste the sauce before serving, and add more paste if needed.
- Angel hair pasta is a delicate pasta, so it is important to cook it according to the package directions. Overcooking will make it mushy.
- Serve the dish immediately after it is cooked. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and lose its flavor if it sits for too long.
Conclusion:
This truffle chicken and angel hair pasta dish is a delicious and elegant meal that is perfect for a special occasion. The rich, creamy sauce and the tender chicken are perfectly complemented by the delicate pasta. This dish is sure to impress your guests!
