1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
1-1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
Fresh pineapple, kiwifruit, strawberries, mango, starfruit and edible blossoms, optional

2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups canned unsweetened coconut milk

3 medium papayas, peeled, seeded and chopped
32 strawberries, hulled
